OP back again. JMU and Washington and Lee sound like good ones to check out. Berkeley is probably a bit too much of a stretch. Also, I don't think an all girls school is for her. Still appreciating all of the feedback!

And, while the point is well taken, at this point OPs DD is looking aspirationally at schools.
