12:58 - UVA has not had ANY in-person classes yet.

JMU is a cluster----ck! All the partying kids just ruined it for everyone - today they just announced going all virtual and asking on campus students to go home by Sept. 7
I hear same thing going on at VT - just a week or two behind JMU in the #s so hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
Honestly...I think it's a horrible decision to send students home!
As for me....yeah, one kid's school (UMW) has 0 positive cases....of course they postponed move in to next week....so maybe my kid will be on campus a little longer :-0
My other kid is at VMI...and you'd think that due to its structure there would be 0 cases...and there was...until all cadets arrived...numbers are slowly but exponentially going up by the day. My son thinks he'll be home in a month.![]()
UVA classes started already and off campus students have been there a couple weeks. There aren’t many in person classes.
VT seems to have some decent testing going on so hopefully they will get by.
