This is not JefCup or Bethesda Cut but it is a very strong summer tournament after a cancelled season and going into a season where HS is postponed or cancelled and club soccer is questionable. College sports are also questionable. I know U16 has several teams that were in the original top three or four brackets so it will remain competitive.
Regarding recruiting, we don't even know if sports will survive at most schools so recruiting is not a priority.
Top three or four brackets? Just stop. That’s not very strong. GTFOH.
Dude, the top 10 brackets of the jefferson cup in march had all top 5 teams in it. Have you never looked at a Jefferson cup bracket?
In the 06 age group, there were #1 ranked teams in the top 6 brackets.
You seriously have no clue. This isnt the Soccerplex August cup bro.

Weak compared to what other available options? If you aren’t playing, how do you know you are still best. Prove it, play it. Until then, plug it.
They have the top clubs from NoVa.
Who does? The NOT JEFF CUP fall kickoff tournament? LMAO. Sure.
Name the clubs who were left out that could win a bracket?
LOL. Another parent who thinks this is Jeff Cup with top teams in top brackets. Priceless.

Name the clubs from NoVa who are better vs the clubs in the Jeff cup fall kickoff? For any NoVa club it’s a good quality tournament. I do not expect any of the NoVa teams to win because they are not strong clubs.

Any early predictions on top contenders?

How can you go to a tournament if your state is not allowing you to play games? Bethesda is in numerous brackets and they won't let anyone play 5 v 5 in the county.
What does one have to do with the other?
Because the organization that gives you the player pass has said that you can't play. Maryland soccer the following: PLEASE NOTE: MSYSA INSURANCE IS ONLY IN EFFECT IF YOUR ACTIVITIES ARE CONSISTENT WITH LOCAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES.
This wrong in two respects. First, this merely says that insurance is not effective if activities are not consistent with local health and safety requirements and guidelines. It does not prohibit you from playing. Second, this is a nonsensical reading of that language. For example, if Bethesda were permitted to play in Bethesda, but play is not permitted in Richmond, and Bethesda played in Richmond, do you think their insurance would cover them for play that was consistent with where the club is headquartered, but conflicting with where they actually played? If play is permitted in Richmond, they may play in Richmond without fear of not having MSYSA insurance.
And the second part, please? Answer? Bueller? Bueller?
If you don't have insurance from your organization that issued the player pass, you think it's okay to play?
