When I am in serious weight loss mode, it’s all about finding low calorie sweets because I have a terrible sweet tooth.
Here are my hacks: 1/2 cup sugary cereal like lucky charms, sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, hard candy, sugar free mints or gum, sugar free yogurt , lollipop, watermelon, handful of marshmallows, handful of dark chocolate chips(mini are good)
For me, it’s about having something sweet that is low calorie that I can have and now blow my whole day of low calorie eating. Many of these things are things I can have a a few of and still stay under 100 calories for my “treat.”
