Be kind to yourself! Parenting is extra hard right now. It is normal to get burnt out. Some days might be worse than others. Its ok.

We all feel this way at some point. On my bad days I take the kids to my parents who live close by (and are very healthy) so I have someone to talk to and my kids can run wild there for an hour.

And I bet they had a great time! I just sat on my back porch and let my 2 spray each other too. They’re still too young to leave alone, but they were thrilled for almost 2 hours. I’m done coming up with planned activities too OP!
