I like plain yogurt. Prefer whole milk but usually buy low fat not Greek — get frustrated that the entire dairy section seems to have been taken over by Greek yogurt.
I buy kefir, too, and sometimes mix a bit of that with my plain yogurt, plus chia seeds, berries, and a squeeze of honey. Yum!

We are vegan. Siggis vanilla chai is rich and high in protein. I like cocojune as well though more for dips.

Once your taste buds get used to plain whole milk yogurt, you can never go back to the flavored stuff.

So I was one of thr Bulgarian yogurt people from 2020! Lol. Or I am pretty sure I was. It is amazing. I buy it plain. They have it at Wegmans!

I'm a huge fan of plain whole milk yogurt (not greek). I like Brown Cow, Stonyfield, Giant's nature's promise and the Wegman's brand.

Same. This, usually Stonyfield, with homemade granola is my favorite breakfast.

Unfortunately they come with an INSANE amount of sugar. I think it was almost 2 coke cans worth......and you're supposed to eat that for breakfast?

OMG. If it tastes like dessert it is dessert.

I really like the Siggi's Icelandic. But I'm trying to stay away from sugar, so.

I make my own too, from west soy milk or Trader Joe’s soy milk and cultures from Cultures For Health. It’s my favorite.
