I have wondered whether Charles would have still left Diana if she had been accommodating of the arrangement.
No they would have stayed married. She was utterly stupid and very immature. She could have had a great life enjoying the position and kids. I would have been friends with his mistress. Thanking her profusely for taking that woodchuck off my hands, and out of my bedroom.
She went after married men (sleeping around), and finally that awful one that caused her death. Her choices were very bad and risky.
She left him. He did not leave her.

+2 Based on what I’ve observed as the shoulder cried on by both mistresses and wives. It’s not even necessarily that he wants sex because he’s not getting it at home from the wife. Sometimes the man just wants sex with a different woman. Hence, the OW who are devastated to learn 2-3 years into an affair that the man has a new baby with his wife.

Christ -talk about an HPV receptacle.
Long lasting and don’t even routinely screen for it STD/STI tests. Men can’t be tested for it.
As a microbiologist, Id like to warn you that antibiotic resistant Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.
My MIL works for an OBGYN and many women test positive for a disease from being cheated on.
Yeah, sure she did. So it's only cheaters who have STDs? I'd much rather take my chances with a married woman who hasn't been with anyone but her husband in over a decade, than a single woman who is riding the Tinder carasol.
I'm not sure why you think these fifteen women have been with NO ONE but their husbands before they met you? Are you under the impression that you have special powers to make them so blind with lust that they will forget their oath of fidelity? Chances are, the married women you're sleeping with have a similarly relaxed attitude to sexual fidelity. They had lovers before you, and will have lovers after you, probably remaining married all that time. They haven't exactly been saving themselves for you.

He married and had kids, and we stayed in touch. It was not about sex only. Years went by. We didn't have sex. Sometimes love is enduring and lasting.

I'm not sure why you think I would lie about that.
They were constantly referring women in their 50's out to counseling because they had an STD from their H cheating.
It's a weird thing to think is a lie.
So you think a couple that is faithful their whole marriage to each other end up with STDs?
I think it ~technically~ could happen. Imagine you kiss your great aunt Judy who has the beginnings of a cold sore. She doesn't even realize that she's shedding the virus! And you have a microtear in your lip or a zit or anything so the virus sneaks its way into your body. Then, once you are good and infected you go down on your spouse without knowing you are contagious. Ug. Now your spouse has genital herpes. Not nice.
