Gives each of them 20 minutes to play in the bath alone, which they need since all this togetherness is making us all antsy. Plus that way it kills an entire hour of our day with minimal supervision from me. I don’t understand how so many people find it easier to not bathe their kids. Don’t most kids enjoy playing in water?

Me too.
People with dry skin cannot bathe daily.
Sure they can. You put lotion on getting out of the tub.
OR don’t bathe so frequently and you don’t need nearly so much lotion. It’s much simpler. I’m much more concerned about the PP who says her 7 yo has smelly armpits! That is not normal and I would see a doctor for that.
I’m the poster with 4yo twins. We wash hair and scrub with soap twice a week. The other nights we just do a little squirt of castile soap and we rinse hair but don’t put any soapnin especially. We do lotion a few times a week. My boys both have very dry, sensitive skin.

People with dry skin can and should bathe daily with cooler water and apply barrier lotion. I know. This was what a top dermatologist finally told us and it cured mine and my kids dry skin for good.
