Please, who’s going to take the time to figure this out? Do you really think the police don’t have better things to do? I guess FCPS could hire a few people to get on it but then what? Do you really think a lot of parents are going to care? Admins don’t care who is doing it bc so many kids are being disruptive. It is easier to try to find security features to prevent the issue than find the kids and try to make them stop. Also, why should a teacher have to deal with this? This is a parent problem, not a school problem.

My kids have had several “practice” blackboard collaborate sessions. How come these “security issues” didn’t become obvious then?

Wow. We're over at MCPS and I usually fault them for all manner of incompetence and point to FCPS as the shining star. But even over at MCPS, you have to log in with your school account to access Zoom, _and_ know the room password. Video is enabled (text chat is not, as far as I can tell), and teachers need to let each person into the "room". I'm sure there are antics attempted in high school (our kids are in ES), but it's easily trackable since the login is tied to who you are.



Even with all of those measures taken, ZOOM has plenty of issues.

The problem is poorly raised kids with disgusting behavior.

Today was the first day high schoolers woke up before 2:00 PM. They were too sleepy and grumpy to pull stuff like that


There were no middle school classes today.
