With gyms closing left and right I’m freaking out. I found a kickboxing gym still open and I signed up. I need my classes because I have zero motivation to work out on my own . I wanted to post that this kickboxing gym is still open on social media but I have a feeling people will try and shame me for working out at a gym .. .
So don't post genius.
Do you need to announce every little thing going on in your life on social media?
Go to the friggin gym and work out if that's what you need to keep from freaking out.
But what's the big deal about refraining from posting? Do you absolutely need to do that too or else you'll freak out?
I’m not a poster !! I just wanted to reach out to my gym friends.
Give it a try...it's still an effective means of communication.

Right. Save the medical interventions for the brave souls currently vegging out on their couches, eating potato chips and slurping down margaritas...as their azzes get bigger and bigger and bigger.
Save the Type IIs!!!
Op - I think it's fine to go to your kick boxing class. Stay mentally strong and physically healthy.

No, just people who are capable of working out without being in a group setting. This need to workout with others is the epitome of selfishness. There are easy alternatives - a million streaming videos.
Never met anyone in shape that works out at home! Never! Just saying..
Bizarre.. I can only conclude that you don't know many people then.
Yeah that's a weird comment... I know people whose garages contain nicer/better gym equipment than a lot of typical chain gyms.

Why would someone risk becoming a vector and hurt so many people for such a superficial reason?
