yes for start of season touches

Thats a lot of money for touches on the ball. Doesn’t that contradict the ECNL 8 week rule?

a lot of money? Its a tourney- an opportunity to play after not playing for 5 months.

what 8 week rule?

ECNL sent out guidelines.

My DD plays for a team that would have been/is in it- the coach is going to treat it as a fall tournament and use that roster.

To my understanding, I believe every club has to since the seasonal year will be Aug 1 (as opposed to July 1 this year). If some players left but want to play, they'd have to register as guest players for the tournament and then that team.

If you switch/clubs teams, you'd have to be a guest player. Rosters normally reset July 1, they were extended to Aug 1. In regards to Jeff Cup, you'll have to become a guest player

You might not be a guest player, since everyone has to "re-apply." You should be able to submit a new roster.
