I am the PP, and I am not a troll. My son had a specific school in mind that he wanted to attend (top 15) and he got in. We had the funds to let him attend his dream school and he is quite happy there. He turned down the BK as soon as possible so someone else could possibly get one. He did not go through the interview process.
I did find the letter in the pile of acceptances he received, in case the doubter needs more proof.
