poc and lgbt people smoke at higher rates. This means they’ll be disparately evicted for violating this but that’s okay because you hate smokers

They can also just stop smoking. They won’t get evicted just fined.

As someone trying to raise my kids in a condo building in the city that is about half owner occupied (including us), I’d love it if nobody could smoke. We have tried the appropriate avenues to get our stoner and smoker neighbors to keep the smoke in their units but for some reason they cannot. Now my young children have constant exposure and we are being forced to move out. F those antisocial clowns.
