If I'm looking at the list of authorized providers and I see "Starla Jones" and "Michelle Smith" I'm going to choose Michelle Smith every time.


Then you are a sad judgmental person. I can’t possibly imagine making a professional decision based on a name, especially one as inoffensive as Starla.

The valedictorian of my high school was named Blossom. She went on to a top ranked med school. I guess you wouldn’t go to her either.
