Alexandria ED does indeed make north of $300K.

McLean ED (hyper-experienced) makes less than $100K, though TD Clyde Watson (also hyper-experienced) makes six figures:

Vienna has no one making more than $100K:

Loudoun has five people over $100K:

Interesting! Do you know about Bethesda?
ED makes $75K. DOC $130K.

All you have to do to look these up is Google "(name of club) 990"
They're supposed to be posted on their sites, but they can be difficult to find, and they may not pop up in Google ahead ProPublica.

I have no idea or interest, but we are confident you wouldn’t be able to make heads or tails out of them.
Anonymous wrote:Is it me or does the above prove the point? FWIW, I’m not sure all those assertions are correct. As a general rule, if someone is getting overpaid in a nonprofit organization, that is indeed a violation of IRS rules/laws.

You dont personally like that he is overpaid. These so called rules you speak of are not your issue its the simple fact you dont like how much he is paid. Just say it. Its OK you'll feel better getting it off your chest.
The rest of us dont care how much he is paid. Best part about it is my kid is at the club and I feel I get good value for my money in spite of him getting overpaid. How does that happen. Thats why I could care less how much he makes
I’m at the club and I care.
How are the rest of the staff and coaches paid? Is it far and away the highest in the DMV like the ED? In looking at their website they don't have any big name coaches there, and only a few with an A license, so I'm assuming not.
Alexandria parent here. From what I have heard it's below market and some coaches are not happy given the EDs comp. Take that with a grain of salt since I heard through the parent rumor mill.
Get a job at another club. Problem solved.
Ding ding ding!!
If you don’t like the conversation feel free to not read the thread. The constant “nothing to see here”, “none of your business”, “no one cares”, and “go away” type responses are pretty eye opening. It seems like someone really doesn’t want people having a discussion about this matter. Ironically, that makes me more curious. I’ll go back to my popcorn now...

So talk about it on the sideline at your club but to inject this nonsense in multiple threads is getting old.
The Forum police have spoken. Why don’t you just have the thread taken down like all the others you dislike? Is it a slow day in the Alexandria office?
Anonymous wrote:So how can we find out the exact info. Where can it be viewed. Not just that club but all others.
