DP=different poster. Sorry for the confusion. I won't put words in someone else's mouth. All that said, several posters have articulated the difference. No clue who so passionately thinks Spirit is some top level set of coaches. I've never met anyone in person who has a lick of respect for any of them.

Has anything to do with how bad Spirit coaches are

It does have to do with the quality of the NWSL going forward and it’s viabikity

mLS has a hard time competing with Lea logs and premier already for tv $

How will NWSL compete in womens world of multiple leagues ?

I don’t think the spirit coaches are very good nor would Chelsea want them.
But it is possible to have decent coaches who aren’t coaching for Chelsea.

And I don’t see how the point that Sam kerr left her NWSL (not spirit) and Aussie club for Chelsea for money
