I agree and I was only mildly spanked too. Frankly, some kids need it. My sister was wild and one time she tried to run into a main street (this was not the first time). She was a second from being killed by a passing car. My mom had finally grabbed her shirt before she was in the street, then she got spanked. She never ran out in the street again.
You are wrong. You are perpetuating child abuse with comments like that. Many children of all different sorts of personalities are successfully raised without ever being hit. No kid NEEDS to be hit. I can’t even believe this is a debate in a modern country 2022. I mean honestly WTF?
