but what is being done among MC Elite leadership to improve? Surely, it can't be hard to understand that not everyone is able to travel to NoVa/Howard/Baltimore for a lacrosse team.

Disagree. The organization is not working for the players and these talented girls get stuck because there just aren’t a lot of options if you live in MoCo and don’t want to drive to Howard county or Virginia. Bethesda and NL just don’t play in the same tough brackets as MC so they are stuck.
