Thanks for this. I don’t see anything as a dealbreaker for this house.
It's been on the market a long time considering how active the market is. I'm willing to bet it has some flaws that they cleverly cover up in the listing. Maybe one of the DCUM realtors can chime in with more info.
Price reduced to $1.95M. What do you think ?

It is leafy. I don't know about "gorgeous."
You guys need to come over to Bethesda in dreaded Montgomery County if you want to see an attractive inner suburb![]()

Neighborhoods like this don't seem to exist in Virginia, sadly.

Unfortunately yes. That's the dark side of such a hot market. Houses sell faster and become stale faster. This is why initial pricing is so important to get right. Once you're stale and you get into the cycle of delisting/relisting you lose a lot of potential buyers who assume there are issues. At $3M+ you have more time.
I disagree. I see lots of stuff at 2m+ sitting— including really beautiful homes. I think the problem with this house is the ugly exterior and lack of yard
Anonymous wrote:None. the only thing arl going for it is the Metro stations and proximity to DC. Otherwise, it is a hodge podge of sh#t.
