I actually considered reporting this post because this is pure blasphemy. Nilla wafers are food of the gods. They are so delicious I am tearing up just thinking of them. I am weeping. Ah, nilla wafers.

Haha! I like you. I’m the one who said disliking Oreos was “blasphemy”, lol. But, I still hate Nilla Wafers and that (spits on the ground) Banana Pudding.

Love fig newtons though.

I do too although I didn't as a kid--do you remember Ramona (Beezus' sister) telling the other kids they were made with ground up worms?

Please name a non trashy dessert you use Oreos to "bake" with.

Also, a killer buttercream filling for a " cookies and cream" cake or cupcake. Not fancy, but ridiculously well received by kids and adults. (Yes, on home made cake).

I've done Oreo cheesecake with Oreo crust. (Yes, cheesecake, not coolwhip or pudding)

Homemade icecream.

Trader Joe's Fig Bites aren't bad

I haven’t tried those but like a lot of TJ’s versions so I will have to try them. My favorite healthier version are Nature’s Bakery. They make fig ones and other flavors as well. The outside “cookie” part are thicker and “whole wheatier” which I’d imagine not everyone is a fan of, but everyone in our house loves them.

Are you saying mud pie, which is one of the tastiest things on the planet, is trashy? Hmmm. Maybe so - but it's really, really, really good. Especially with premium coffee ice cream and homemade hot fudge and fresh oreo crust and pecans and... Must go "bake" now.

Chips ahoy has always been the worst. Even as a kid I hated them.

The golden Oreos are really surprisingly good. I’ll eat normal Oreos if, for instance, I get them on a plane. But the golden ones I’m actually excited for.

I have t had a Keebler since the 80s so it’s disappointing to hear that the chocolate has gone downhill. I wonder if they are making them abroad. Hershey’s had to move production of their classic bar mostly back to PA because they found the chocolate broke down too much in transport from South America.

My favorite packaged store cookies are the Entenman’s chocolate chip or black and white. “Who ate all the Entenman’s?” I did. It was totally me.

Second favorite is the oepperidge farm Brussels.

What is wrong with you? Honest question: Do you consider yourself a classy person?

I'm 00:58. I LOVE Oreos, and I don't dunk in milk. I hate milk. I do also love the round sugar cookies with heavy frosting someone referenced- I used to babysit for people who always had them, so I got my fix from them because I couldn't afford $4 cookies.

Keebler was mentioned, which reminds me that their chocolate is so waxy now. I used to really like their stuff. I don't know if it changed or I did.

I think Oreos are disgusting. I'm not a fan of fig newtons either.

Newman’s Own Fig Newmans. Haven’t had them in a long time, but I remember that they were good. I think there are different types available.

Yes, those circle sugar cookies with the thick frosting are totally disgusting. I wanted to only consider packaged store cookies in this vote, but every grocery store has those revolting sugar cookies, despite the lack of name brand packaging.

They have a brand, it’s Lofthouse

And my family LOVES them!
