fake and unpersuasive tough talk. the prosecution and FH were not far away from agreed punishment.
FH's defense and I assure, Huffman herself, were adamant about no jail time.
I assure you this is just the worse thing that could happen to poor, little her.
And considering 90% of DCUM thought she wouldn't get jail time at all - sweet, sweet justice.![]()

Are you kidding me? Poor people get more jail time for having a 10 bag of crack in their pockets, having expired license or registration, or stealing food from the grocery store.
She stole access to a college education and paid a guy to help her do it.
Jail. just like the poor people.

Send her to me. I'll be happy to give her some things to do.
I'll let you know if I see her in an orange vest picking up garbage from the side of the I-5 freeway.

This case wasn’t about merit scholarships. But whatever. Don’t let facts bog you down.
She paid to have her daughter's SAT scores "corrected". She was basically buying her kid's way into a university. She needs to see who she was acing out of a spot on that campus.
And you’re assuming it’s your poor kids who would have been accepted to the unknown college where FH’ s daughter is apparently taking a gap year?
I’m shocked at you apologists. This celebrity is a thief, plain and simple. The fact that private universities will accept students on the basis of a sizeable donation is irrelevant. Admissions is for the college to give, by whatever metric they choose. (The college is freely exchanging a spot at the school for a donation, and that’s fine.) That doesn’t mean that it is anyone’s for the taking. I can’t believe I have to remind grown adults that it isn’t right to take something that isn’t theirs.

No way in hell was this felon not going to eat some reality check pies in jail. I for one, hopes there's operation varsity part two after this first round .
