But hot water heaters in Europe aren't as good as they are here so it doesn't matter what nationality they are. Lack of unlimited hot water is the issue.

Are they 12? If so, weird. If they are 5, not an issue.

I get the closeness but I’m wondering how 3 -12 year olds can even fit in a shower together or that it really saves any time. I have twin boys who used to take baths together but then had to take separate baths because they couldn’t fit in the tub anymore when they got older (and it turned into a big splash party). Now that they shower at age 10 I can’t imagine them doing it together. Their showers literally take 5 minutes or less.
