That's worrisome. Guess you better cut back on the amount of practices from 4 to 3.
DA sure is dangerous. Might explain why a local DA cant properly field an 03 team due to the amount of preseason injuries.

Kinda like DA who practices 4x a week and plays one game for a total of 5 days.
See..DA/ECNL =5
But what is really bothersome is when DA practices 4x a week and has a double header. And now there is the DA cup with even more double headers.
Talk about worrisome.
Mid Atlantic conference in DA only plays 3 double headers in the fall and that includes the showcase. Big difference between 9 and up to 12 with showcases in ECNL.
So you are here stalking a schedule that you are not affiliation with? Weirdo.
Weirdo or not does not change the fact that a typical Mid Atlantic ECNL team will play no less than 9 double header weekends.
How many times does a DA player wear their uniform and practice/play a week?
How many times does a ECNL player wear their uniform and practice/play a week?
Five. The answer is five.
Let dig deeper, shall we.....
Playing time:
There are no reentry rules in DA. The stars are playing 80 minutes. No break. You know when kids are likely to get injured? When they're tired!
A ECNL kid can get 80 minutes total out of 2 games and a DA kid can get 80 minutes total from one game.
Want to go deeper? I can.

Teams play from 8 to 9 double header weekends. How can that possibly be healthy for kids over 15?
Please. Stop. For all of us. Your agenda is getting so old and tiresome.
