Sorry your extremely healthy eating habits are making your stomach less tolerant of other stuff. I hope you are never stranded in the woods and have to eat dirt and twigs to survive. If you vomit it up because your tummy doesn't like it you might not make it until the rescuers show up!

Also how long was this party? Couldn't you just wait and eat later?
Only for an hour or so this AM. I thought it was homemade, until I took a bite and realized it was all highly processed stuff. I didn’t eat more, except the donut, and promptly felt sick. It was my own fault obviously. I haven’t been eating much sugar at all so the sugar made me sick.
You really aren’t making yourself sound any better with all of these qualifications. Donuts are donuts. They have sugar. I suspect you have disordered eating as you are fixating on one bad bite of food.
I don’t, at all. I’m saying that if you eat well, then you can tell immediately that processed food doesn’t taste like much else except chemicals.
It’s sort of two discussions: 1.
I ate the donut. It had a lot of sugar. It made me feel sick. I know donuts have sugar. I knew what I was doing.
2. Processed food is nasty.

Sugar shack donuts are definitely unhealthy and full of sugar, but they don't contain a ton of preservatives etc.
