Shannon quit. She was not fired.
Yes. She quit.
Hence, the clubs have no control as to when a coach, Director or a key staff member quits.
I think it’s about time that Shannon moves on to bigger/better pasture anyhow. She’s been a Director of Coaching for the Girls for years. She now could move onto another club’s Technical Director (both boys & girls) or Executive Director position.

Oh, I hope so! Perhaps she could recruit more women coaches for MSI.
LOL ...That did not seem to work out too good for BSC. Many players left because of the women coaches.
Yes. I hope so too just as long as she doesn’t recruit female “screamer and joystick” coaches. Having more female coaches would not only help out MSI but youth girls’ soccer in the MoCo area.
The ones that bashed her are the male chauvinist pigs who think they can coach better than any female coach.
Please the last refuge of a Scoundrel is misogyny. Women coaches can be just as bad or worst vs males coaches. BSC had some bad female coaches working under her. She should have taken action a long time ago and maybe she would still have her job.
Ummm, you are assuming an awful lot. I am pretty sure she quit because the club management has gone from bad to worse over the past year.
She and Meggan both got let go. The program was having major problems on the girls side. People do not realize how much the u little subsidize the older teams. If you are having problems fill out 2 teams when you are budgeted for 4, it’s a problem. She was the management.
You’re just making stuff up. Megan moved to Arizona and Shannon resigned of her own initiative.
Meggan told me she was going to be the Age Group coordinator for this past year last spring. After tryouts in the spring something happen and she was demoted. It looks like the club gave those two a soft landing. What you think it’s just a coincidence? Sure![]()
Based upon your warped, condescending and fake news personality, I’m sure Meggan told you lots of things............

And then reality set in after she actually birthed the baby. Stop spreading rumors. They left of their own accord, and the BSC girls program is going to have even more of a sh** year because of the turmoil.
