I need to learn more about what works well for women with large busts. My promotion was to executive leadership at an education association. It's not necessary for me to wear black, blue, or grey all the time. I can wear color and statement accessories. I just need pointing to some nice clothing brands, and jewelry brands. Also, I really need to get an acceptable work bag. I'm ashamed to admit I've been using a backpack. I will be interfacing with others outside of my organization a lot more, so really need to pull my look together. I have made major progress getting high quality makeup, but need help with accessories and clothing. I am also working to lose 10 pounds. Super conservative dress like twinsets is not really what I'm going for. I'd like to be more fashionable and edgy.

Women get mad they are judged on looks but then obsess about it.
The reality is that research shows that women who spend more time on grooming and appearance are paid more. While this occurs for men as well, it is stronger for women.
Please educate yourself before making ill-informed and unhelpful posts.
OP asked one question and clearly does not obsess about looks, or she would not have this problem.

2) Tasteful jewelry (simple rings/one bold piece)
3) Clean, tailored clothing that flatters one's body type
4) closed heels/pumps
5) if you have straight, white teeth and/or slender/fit, that's always a plus, but not necessary to be stick thin.
6) tasteful makeup/tinted moisturizer (not too much)
7) clean/trimmed nails or short nails with neutral polish
You can always get a few flattering outfits and pair with some higher end accessories (eyeglass frames, leather tote, few higher end jewelry pieces, scarves, etc.)

Sure if you wanna look like a ho, but OP said high end.
LOL! Why are some women obsessed with "fresh manicure"?! It really adds close to nothing to your look or class. It's often just a simulation of class, like a fake (or real) LV!
