Pittsburgh is one of the most depressing cities I've ever been too. It's like a valley of hills and dark horizons which is quite the feat considering coal long ago left that area of PA.



I don't get that depressing feeling at all, especially the last couple of years. Were you there when the weather was bad?

I feel about Baltimore the same way you feel about Pittsburgh.

I think cities in the interior are a safe bet, due to climate change. I definitely wouldn’t be buying in a city near the water.
