NP-From what I understand, a former staff member (not Oxendine) filed the lawsuit. Mrs. Oxendine mentioned the complaint at the SB.
And I’m saying that people keep repeating this rumor, but it’s not yet been substantiated. These kinds of lawsuits aren’t anonymous, if it really exists, someone post a case name, docket number, etc. Otherwise this is just speculation and rumor-mongering.
Internal, administrative complaints aren’t lawsuits w/pleadings available to the general public, but they cost taxpayers money to resolve and can impact the respondent’s career.
Sure, but they’re not lawsuits. Lawsuits usually follow when the administrative process doesn’t produce a satisfactory result, so they’re typically a more severe escalation than an administrative complaint.

She mentioned complaints/grievances filed with the SB, not a lawsuit.
