As they are at any high school, public or private. At least Langley has the benefit of an excellent education.

Your kids don’t go to Langley, so you wouldn’t know this, either way. The new principal is good, but so was the old one. Move on.

Why would kids who go to Langley have more freedom than any other kids.

Anonymous wrote:It doesn't really, but both Langley HS and McLean HS lose the popular opinion war because a lot of people think the McLean area is full of nothing but rich and self entitled snobs - therefore so too must the schools. It's really ignorant when you take a few anecdotal stories and personal bias and stereotype the whole - like drugs are really less of a problem at other area HS![]()

I was kind of nerdy and hung with quiet people in my niche, but there were a lot of drugs, underage sex (I'm talking freshmen/sophomores with 25 year old men), and a sh!t ton of drinking w/ parents who hosted. I got invited to some of it, didn't partake.
So you mean, parties just as *every other high school* has parties? Oh, ok. And as for the bolded, please. You expect us to believe this?![]()
LOL why on earth would I make that up? I know it happened, I was at a pool party when things like this happened. You don't have to believe me, but it was what it was.
I don't think Langley was exceptionally skeevy, but the notion that it's full of good, smart kids, is an exaggeration. Langley is just like every other school in that regard - it's not exceptional.
