Is this stuff worse for you than I think?
What are you starving like that for?
You are eating junk that is very calorie heavy and leaves you always hungry.
Tinny Greek yogurt that is not only sugar loaded but also unlike other yogurts has gluten in it. Guaranteed. That makes your metabolism sluggish.
The same with crackers that have gluten and fats and all other kind of junk, corn is hormone disruptor so there is a crazy mix.
Like others said, more vegetables. Here is why:
Imagine if you pill and eat all apple - you chomp about 150 calories.
If you pill and eat all cucumber - you have ZERO sugars and starches and you only ate 45 calories and it is also mighty filling.
Whole head of cauliflower has how many call lories? Yes, you guessed it - 146 calories.
So compare two apples worth of calories with a meal made of one head of cauliflower and three gigantic cucumbers.
I am not asking you to do that but you get the idea. See how vegetables have so much filling power and can be pretty darnd
