We do breakfast sandwiches once every or every other weekend. I like an egg & cheese sandwich and everyone else gets sausage McMuffins.
Every few weeks we grab lunch - happy meals for kids, burger and fries for adults.

Not since I found out their fries contain beef flavoring. Sad.
As for something like burger king, maybe once a year, max, on a road trip. Veggie burger combo with onion rings and a Dr pepper.

Do you not know what a sanctimommy is or you didn't read the responses? I don't see anything about not taking kids there because of nutritional or ethical concerns on this thread.

Agree. I don’t see any sanctimommies. I can’t remember the last time I went to McDonald’s and my kids (now 7 and 9) have been once in their lives. We just don’t like it. I weigh almost 200 pounds so clearly not a health food nut. I just don’t like McDonald’s. And neither do my kids. I think DH goes about once a month on the way to work for an Egg McMuffin.

Hadn't been in probably 15 years but then my SN picky eater got curious about "McDonald's hamburgers". Now we usually go once a week after one of his therapies. He's added pickles to his plain burger, so that's another breakthrough.
If I'm hungry I get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, fries, and a coke. Occasionally a filet o fish.

DP. LOL, it’s implied in all the people posturing about how they have slummmed it, but only in desperate times when it’s a choice between McDonalds and a Bob’s Big Boy.
We got every 2-3 weeks, I usually get a southwest salad but sometimes I’ll get the cheeseburger or McNugget meal. Every few months I’ll get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, because those are awesome.
