There are plenty of designs that don’t have this hole. Lightbox doeant makenlab diamonds over 1ct so this doesn’t help OP anyway.
For the full carat white diamond actually they only have a hole.

The lab created aren't that much cheaper (I mean. they are cheaper but not a ton cheaper) but white sapphires i think are. Can they "pass"?
