She's either messed them up with her unreasonable paranoia that they're just as paranoid as she is, or they're definitely placating her by telling her what she wants to hear & then driving wherever they want with whomever they want.
Why do you think her little genius wanted to go off to college so early?? So he could live like a REAL teenager & stop missing out on everything.
I feel so sorry for those kids... some of the greatest bonding moments our kids had were in carpool!
