They are jealous
This is something I see frequently on FB posts by people defending MLMs. Your friends and family are not refusing to buy products you because they are jealous of your success. But, it's a convenient out for the seller to believe, rather than acknowledge the truth about the pyramid scheme.
Also, I note that no one who defends these companies is ever willing to share their paycheck, or even just state their take-home income from MLM, including the people who claim to be doing very well. This is a huge red flag.
The previous person might have sold over 6 figures but once she has subtracted what she paid to distribute the product, there is no way to net 6 figures in a mlm.

DCUM women hate on other women.

How about: "It's great hearing from you! Now's not a great time for me to be buying XYZ product. I'll get in touch if that changes. Good luck!"
You are opening the door to being hard sold every few weeks.

I call BS, but here are a couple serious questions: When did you start doing this? How big is your down line? Am I correct in understanding that you net $500k+ per year from selling Beach Body?

Don’t be afraid to be direct or blunt. Mlm people prey on people, especially women, being too nice to say no.
