I stopped breastfeeding, got better sleep, and started working out a bit. I feel great and decided to up the ante in frequency. We were probably at 2-3 times per month for a few years and for the past few months, I’ve been initiating at least twice per week, sometimes three or four.

It’s like I’m married to a different dude. He’s falling all over himself to do things for me. This is great!

Age 43. 5-6 times a week most weeks. One week of the month 2-3 times.

I’m 38. 4 kids, youngest is four. We have been married 11 years.

I literally cannot go longer than two weeks. I start craving him. We average 3x a week for the month. Some weeks its twice and other weeks it 5-7 times. It all evens out.

I'm a guy, so the question wasn't directed at me, but this seemed somewhat relevant:

This morning, my wife told me about a dream she had last night where I had apparently cheated on her with 6 or 7 different people. She said it was her fault because she rarely ever wanted to have sex and seemed shaken by the dream. It'll be interesting if she wants to try and work on our sex life in the near future or if the effect of the dream just wears off.

We've been married about 20 years and have sex a little less than once a month. In years past, I made efforts to improve our sex life, but she seemed mostly disinterested in putting forth any effort. I'm not happy about our sex life, but with a lot of porn and my own libido fading somewhat as I approach 50, it doesn't bother me nearly as much as it used to. (I've never cheated on her in real life, for what it's worth.)

I’m similar. We’re in our early 40s & have been married 15+ years and have three kids (youngest is 10). Right now, we have sex, on average, 4x week except period week, when I have zero ZERO libido. We’re on vacation without kids for a long weekend and have had sex 2-3x day. It’s awesome!

It really varies according to my cycle. Two weeks out of the month 1-3 tomes a week is good.

1 week a month I need it every day sometimes twice a day.

Period week I have zero interest in sex.

PP - we're healthy and both in pretty good shape which really helps. We use candles for low lighting which also helps. I really like the fact that at my age I can still arouse someone after 40 years and that we can really rumple the sheets.
