I bought a new costco product - high protein croutons - last weekend. Made by a company called shrewd food. I wound't eat them every day, but I thought they were tasty and they have like 60 calories for 25 croutons. 150 calories would give you an occasional yummy, salty, crunchy, protein filled snack.

I, too, often just grab a spoonful of peanut butter.

A couple of shots of Makers Mark, closer to 200 calories but well worth it.....

In on both the HB egg suggestions and the lunch meat / cheese roll up.

I also keep a stash of tuna at my desk for snacking (the flavored kind by Starkist or Bumblebee). Although only try to eat them 1-2 times a week (mercury and what not). But they're 90 calories and lots of protein. I eat with a spoon but could put on top of cucumbers or crackers.

I also agree with soup. I am all about protein so I love having bone broth (Lono Life is my jam), a hard boiled egg (boil then my the dozen in 3 minutes in pressure cooker and me and the kids eat on them all week), and/or peanut butter. Also like hummus and bell pepper.
