Like others have mentioned, I tend not to drink my calories, including with fruits. I find that actually going through the effort to peel/cut/eat foods leaves me feeling more satiated.
That being said, I definitely don't get through that much fruit in a day! I might have a banana with breakfast in the morning, and then something like an apple, orange, or berries in the afternoon for a snack.
I do eat more fruit in the summer, though.
