Maybe because these places, including Bretton woods where all of the imf gets a cheap rate, have been open successfully with precautions offering tennis lessons, swim lessons, golf lessons, bowling, lunch and more during the shutdown. So yeah, I wish my kids could go, can’t find a decent swim lesson anywhere!
