I find it hard to believe that you're an actual Bostonian saying that. As a New Englander, I can say that you rarely see the massive pile ups on top of cars that you see here--then again, maybe you're just a true Masshole. Or an outright moron.
Clear the f@cking snow off the top of your car you lazy hag, before you kill someone.
DP here. First of all, I don't think you are from New England, because New Englanders generally take "masshole" to be a compliment. Second of all, first PP should know better if she is from Massachusetts - clean off your damn car. So, I doubt either of you are from there, because you sound like complete idiots.

This board really is composed of the worst among us.
I come here to have my prejudices and stereotypes about UMC white people validated, and this place NEVER disappoints.
FWIW, I’m with you OP. If you don’t clean the snow off your roof, you deserve to have kids drop a cinder block through your windshield from an overpass.

Weak. Don't be a lazy a hole.

But really - if you are driving so close to the car in front of you that you're really worried about snow flying off their car and smacking into you - you are driving too close. Slow down and back off. If snow on the road freaks you out too much even for that, stay home. Then you won't need to waste so much energy worrying about what other people do.
Agree that people shouldn't be tailgating, but have you ever seen how high/far the big sheets of snow/ice fly? They catch air and don't come right down.
Anonymous wrote:Sadly, it’s ysually others who are harmed because if the selfish idiots. I once witnessed a massive chunk of ice fly off the roof of a minivan and go through the window of another car. The minivan drive had no f-ing clue. Well that is until I got their Plate and reported the incident to the police.
Anonymous wrote:Long ago it just never occurred to me. Then one day I was driving downhill and the entire sheet of ice on my roof migrated down in front of my windshield and was too massive for the wipers so I was suddenly driving blind at 50mph with two kids in the car. So now I clean off the roof. The life you save may be your own.

It may not be a felony, but one is required by law to clear the snow off the roof and hood before driving.
So is using a turn signal. But about 50% of people don't. We all survive.
