PP, I'm similar to you. Not cutting it out completely, but drastically reducing. Although I just started, I'm excited about the prospect.
I'm going AF for lent. I've been "practicing" for two months and am ready. I also know I can/will do it. Reading, listening to podcasts, and thinking about it really helped me get to where I am now.
How much did you reduce and no matter your answer, great job!
