I've met a few nice guys but no one that made my heart skip until NYE. He was at a neighborhood party as a friend of one of my other neighbors. He's 40, not bald, pretty cute, director at some non profit, has hobbies (running, cooking, sailing) but... he's short. He's probably 5'6" or 5' 7". I'm 5'5" for the record. We are probably equal in terms of attractiveness. He texted yesterday to see about grabbing coffee and walking around Roosevelt Island this Sunday.
I'm not sure I can do it. If he were 4 inches taller I'd do it in a second ...but I just can't be with a short guy. My sister says I'm crazy but my gfs say it's totally reasonable.
I can't be alone in this, right?
It's me again. Why do women bring up "bald" all the time on here? You can't control loss or height. Does that mean a balding man is never going to have a relationship with a reasonably attractive woman?

If you decide to go out with him, make him earn it and have him take you our on an expensive dinner. Short guys always try to get away with taking women out for coffee.
I'm sure OP is capable of paying for her own food or coffee.

Haha! From my (admittedly small) sample size of 2...that is absolutely not true.
