Well...he's actually neither - so what does that say?
He's 30 years younger than her, an 'artist' who lives in a single-bedroom loft, and has an 8-year-old.

She’s 30 years younger!
And Monica Belluci is more beautiful.
There’s no need to pit one against the other, but never in her wildest dreams did Monica Bellucci have bone structure like this Tina Kunkey or skin tone as flawless. Monica is a beautiful woman, but Tina Kunkey’s look is not merely beautiful; it is rare. I say this as a casting agent who sees thousands of Hollywood’s most gorgeous women annually. I believe that in a world in which Hollywood did not put a thumb on the scale for white women (more “marketable”), mixed race women would win every role and contract for their beauty. And I’m a white woman.
Bingo. Hollywood and white mainstream American culture advantage white women in the beauty race. But women like Tina K are ethereal. Standing next to the most sought after Hollywood starlet, it is laughable how much better looking she is. Whites cannot handle it and have to do what they can to keep on top.

In a recent interview with the New York Times, Cassel—who was previously married to Monica Bellucci—considered the age difference between himself and Kunakey, and the fact that, as a man, he has “this ability to start a new life.” “It’s not always fair. I’m 52 and I’m getting married with a 21-year-old girl.” Still, he says, “I’m very much in love and sure we are going to make babies.”
I think Monica would have aged better if she had stayed out of the sun.
He's calling his new wife and the mother of his child "a 21 year old girl".

Monica was way prettier, sorry. Her eyes, nose and mouth are miles above those of Tina (who is attractive - just not Monica’s league). Monica was cute, sexy and beautiful at the same time which appeals to everyone - men, women and children.
