Nicole Kidman looks great. DM just had pics of her at a Sydney beach. She had blown up lips years ago but they’re back nornal now. Yes she’s had work done but she’s got a model’s figure and great genes from her father.

YES this is it. I live in ground zero of all this. So it's not just celebs but pretty much 80% of every 40+ woman. I'm 50+ and a few years ago let my hair go salt/pepper. What is totally crazy is that you can stand in the supermarket parking lot talking to a woman my age who basically looks like a clown from a freak show, and that's "normal" whereas I get doubletakes for having my natural hair. It's like you are having a conversation with someone who cannot even make expressions and you are not supposed to notice.

The short story is the celebs all have entourages of "yes-men"--if you tell them what they don't want to hear, you're fired. So the only people left in their orbits are the yes-men (yes-women). Nobody is going to tell the king he has no clothes on

I've been at school meetings where some moms walk in with certain revealing outfits and crazy surgery, and I think inside, "omg if they were to walk in on a school meeting in Arlington, VA, every parent would have their mouth hanging open." it's so beyond bizarre.

It's a simple thing but the worst for me is when a person simply has a bad nose job (lisa kudrow, Melissa on rhwnj) or swollen vulva-like lips (melanie and meg). I can't stop staring and completely miss dialogue.

Second to that is when a person has a microlift and starts to look asian (nothing wrong with asian if you ARE asian). So their eyes stretch outward and don't move when laughing or smiling- so the smile never touches their eyes and they go around looking judgmental and pissed off. (Cary Deuber on rhwd, kris jenner)

Thirdly- bunny lines on nose when they have botox everywhere else so the only place the skin moves when they laugh or smile is on their nose (Everyone: Nicole Kidman/Madonna (least of her plastic surgery worries).

Finally, when people have their nasolabial fold and lips filled, so then their mouth/lips push forward. I call this 'monkey mouth' because it protrudes. A good example is Kim Kardashian. In later years, the face's natural need to crease when smiling starts to create weird indentions/folds in new places all over the cheeks when the nasolabial fold is altered (olivia newton-john).

I also have to mention overly long overly white veneers when all the teeth are chiclet-like and big similarly sized long rectangles. Especially the older a person is (hilary duff/leanne rimes). When they are obviously fake it has the ironic effect of making it seem like the person's breath really smells (decay lurking under veneers).
