I’m assuming this wasn’t your son, but if it were mine, he wouldn’t be driving until he could afford his own insurance and car payments. Too much liability. No thanks.

I also think this post was based on this story, especially since op hasn’t come back. I also think it is a moot point. License will be suspended for a long time

6 months and during that time volunteer once a week at a brain injury rehab center to assist people with brain injuries sustained due to motor vehicle accidents. Finally, a thoughtful letter to me explaining what she's learned during that time and explaining why on earth I should EVER trust her to get behind the wheel of a car again.
