Of course people are sober. I haven't seen anyone on drugs at a Phish show since 2004. Once Trey went to rehab the entire scene followed and got sober. Phish shows are like a giant 12 step meeting these days, anyone who even looks like they're about to drink beer or shoot up marijuana gets a loving intervention from their neighbors.
