I would tell him you want a divorce. I personally would tell him you want to see a mediator this week to draw up a separation agreement and start it. I would be done. Mediation is cheaper than getting two attorneys. Use a mediator who is also a lawyer.

It doesn't matter if it was a personal friend or a business friend. If her husband is talking about this person so much that it makes the OP uncomfortable, something is off.

Is the female friend a personal friend or a business friend? My DH has a female business friend whom he talks about quite a bit and I do find it a bit annoying but not enough to let it trigger an argument. I have a couple of guy personal friends and I rarely mention them as I'm sure my DH would find it annoying. FWIW I have no interest in them beyond friendship.

Any woman's name? Then she is paranoid. The OP's DH keeps talking about ONE particular woman. That's pretty textbook. So if you are talking about the same woman over and over again, then I would tell her she is right to be suspicious.
