She looks like she grew out her perm, lightened her hair & grew it out.
She likely contours + tans her face - but everything else looks the same to me.

Natalie Portman's nose job.
I also used to like ScarJo's nose job but in recent years it's looked a bit off. At certain angles it looks weird. I'm also pretty sure she had work on her chin done, and it looks great.
