This is a regular classroom at Chevy Chase. There are 4 regular 4th grades; 3 appear to have 27 and one is at 26.

I checked. Not title 1 and hasn't been since at least 2014 (didn't bother looking back further). I *think* TPES also has roughly comparable sizes I think? and really not Title 1.

Bethesda ES My 3rd grader reports that two kids were added to the class since last Friday at meet the teacher so class size is now 30.
