$220 at the highest, 3200sqft. But we are also home all day. We WFH. When we were not WFH it was $160.

$200, 3000 ft2 plus basement. 2 hvacs - one for floor2, other for main floor+basement.

That is high but how old is your AC? Do you have electric dryer and hot water heater? Any trees shading your house? Do you have a programmable thermostat to completely turn off the air when no one is home?

$150, 2200 sqf, temp is at 73 and we religiously turn off lights.

It’s always over $200 in the summer. I’m not sure on square footage - maybe about 2,000 (small-ish for the neighborhood)

Whooping 350 last month on 2500 sq feet home. We have lots of huge windows and skylights though.
