And don't invest more than 25+ of assets in anything other than a home, and avoid taking on a ton of debt to buy real estate other than the home.

There will always be people who make more than you and people who make less than you, OP. Save and invest wisely, you never know what the future may hold. And be humble in real life.

I've been making over six figures since I was 26 (I make about $150k including bonus at 29) and at first I thought it was cool too, but the DC area really inflates things, so it's not really that extraordinary. I mean, you're doing well though, so good job? But nothing to go out of your way to brag about.
